Kids’ Care Club Child Development Center is dedicated to providing a learning and nurturing environment that supports the development of each child. Our goal is to provide appropriate activities to develop each child socially, emotionally, physically, linguistically and cognitively through child and teacher guided exploration. Our program follows accreditation standards established by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) – a widely recognized mark of high-quality for Preschool and child care centers.
Our primary mission is to provide quality care to children in a safe, healthy and nurturing environment. Kids’ Care Club provides an academic curriculum that promotes social skills and school readiness, while encouraging children to develop at their own pace. Always remember “Early Years Are Learning Years!”
National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC)
The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) is the largest organization of early childhood educators in the United States. Only child care centers that meet the quality standards can be accredited by NAEYC. It takes months of study, preparation and implementation to achieve this status. Of the more than 80,000 child care centers operating in the United States, only about 7% have earned this accreditation. NAEYC Accreditation requires a long term commitment to meeting strict quality standards. We are proud to have achieved this level of QUALITY. It is part of our ongoing commitment to provide the highest quality child care. For more information regarding NAEYC please visit their website at www.naeyc.org.
The criteria for a high quality Preschool program addresses all aspects of an early childhood program including the following:
- Interactions among teachers and children
- Staff and parent interactions
- Staff qualifications and professional development
- Low teacher to child ratios
- Physical environment
- Health and safety
- Nutrition and food service
- Program evaluation
